My story.

I switched hats 3 times over the last 7 years. Along the way, I helped 30+ businesses owners raise $50+ million from private investors & public institutions. I worked with 15+ investors on deals ranging from $20 million to $2 million. And made the very first process mapping for a major African investment bank, document 15 years of the firm's operations.

Fundraising consultant, venture capital analyst, investment banking associate. But the hardest part, was doing it on a monthly income.

I was dependent. It was time to quit.

In 2023, I started R&Co Labs. I wasn't sure what I'll build with it. I was sure I'll do deals. How, for Who ? The details will follow, once the vision is clear.

Not long after, tired of "business ideas" and eager for "execution" that I realized I've been getting hints from all the people I know :

"Amine, we're drowning in pitches, but there's no good deals."

"Amine, we're profitable, we need funds to grow. VCs are a nightmare."

Investors are trying. Founders are building. But they speak different languages.
