My story.

I switched hats 3 times over the last 7 years. Along the way, I helped 30+ businesses owners raise $50+ million from private investors & public institutions. I worked with 15+ investors on deals ranging from $20 million to $2 million. And made the very first process mapping for a major African investment bank, after 15 years.

Fundraising consultant, venture capital analyst, investment banking associate. But the hardest part, was doing it on a monthly income.

I was dependent. It was time to quit.

In 2023, I decided to start R&Co Labs. I wasn't sure what I'll build with it. I was sure I'll do deals. How, for Who ? The details will follow, once the vision is clear.

Not long after, tired of "business ideas" and eager for "execution" that I realized I've been getting hints from all the people I know :

"Amine, I've made some money but I don't know what to do with it."

"Amine, I run a SaaS company and we need funds to grow. VCs are a nightmare."

People want to invest. Founders want to raise. Institutions are slowing it down.

My Mission

To reverse engineer private investing.

Rather than having closed funds investing exclusively with other funds, and high net worth individuals. We want to help everyone put $5k to $50k in a business of their choice, very fast, and with convenience.

Rather than having founders (1) find investors, (2) sell them a dream, (3) prepare the documentation (4) Go through due diligence (5) negotiate the terms, (6) and hope a deal is done. We want a founder to (1) come to us, and immediately access a network of individuals, like you and me, willing to invest. (2) We take care of the rest.

Our goal is to provide our community with the best investment match, fitting their tastes and budgets.

My Vision

We want to live in a world where remote, accessible investing in small & medium businesses is possible.

It doesn't matter where you live, it doesn't matter where the business is. Worldwide money, borderless trust. That means we have to take time in getting to know our clients from the moment they ask for our help, to the moment they recoup their money, and gains.
